Jahanzeb Muhammad Khan MCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent and culture management. Currently serving as the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture at Accor, overseeing the Pullman Dubai JLT, Novotel, and Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate Hotels since April 2015, Jahanzeb is responsible for developing HR policies and managing employee compensation and benefits programs. Previous roles include Talent & Culture / Learning & Development Manager and Assistant Human Resources & Training Manager at Accor, as well as HR Officer positions at Rotana and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Educational qualifications include CIPD qualifications and a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, along with a degree in Commerce with a focus on Management and Finance from Karachi University.
