James Merchant

James Merchant has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in technology and distribution systems. Since June 2000, James has served as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Accor, overseeing operations in MEAPAC, Greater China, and The Americas. Prior roles at Accor include Senior Vice President of IT & Distribution Systems, Vice President of Distribution & Revenue Management, and Director positions in Revenue and Distribution & Information Systems for Asia.
