Erica Morrison

Erica Morrison serves as the Vice President of Technology at FNBO since November 2024. Previously, Erica held the position of Vice President of Software Engineering at Cision from December 2022 to November 2024, leading a global software organization that generated over $300 million in annual revenue and implementing significant improvements in customer experience and employee engagement. Prior roles include Vice President of Software Engineering at CSG, where Erica was pivotal in a successful DevOps transformation, and earlier experience at Union Pacific Railroad and Lockheed Martin. Erica holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from South Dakota State University.
