Katia Wagner

Katia Wagner currently serves as the VP Finance Services for Europe at Accor since September 2019, where responsibilities include project management and overseeing the transformation of finance organizational processes in collaboration with Europe’s CFO. Prior roles include Director of Finance for the Middle East & Africa at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, focusing on financial planning and compliance, and Senior Financial Manager for the MEA region at Eaton, where strategic financial guidance was provided. With earlier experience as Regional Financial Controller at Militzer & Muench International Holding AG and Senior Financial Controller at Supreme Group, Katia has strong expertise in financial management across various industries. An MBA in International Business from Hult International Business School complements a Master’s degree in Accounting and Administration from Université Robert Schuman.
