Kristen Richter

Kristen Richter is an accomplished executive in the hospitality industry, currently serving as SVP, Commercial for Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts at Accor since July 2023. Previously, Kristen held the position of SVP, Commercial for Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Orient Express at Sonder Inc., contributing to the company's public offering as the first head of global sales. Kristen's extensive experience includes roles such as Chief Commercial Officer for the Americas at Radisson Hotel Group, where there was a focus on optimizing $1.5 billion in revenue across over 700 properties, and leading global revenue management at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, responsible for 8,000 hotels and 20 brands. Earlier career positions include significant revenue management roles at Hilton and Avis Budget Group. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University and an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
