Kubat Monika

Kubat Monika has extensive experience in hotel sales and internal communication, currently serving as the Director of Hotel Sales Information, Onboarding & Support for the ACCOR Global Sales Division since July 2003. Monika manages sales communications for over 5,500 hotels across a worldwide scope, with a focus on providing tools and support to partners and sales teams in 45 countries throughout Europe and North Africa. Previous roles include leadership positions in regional sales and account management covering Poland and the Baltic countries, as well as experience in hotel sales at various levels, beginning with roles at Novotel and Grand Hotel Krakow. Monika holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Audit and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking from Krakow University of Economics.
