Natasha Jade Short

Natasha Jade Short is an experienced Talent and Culture Manager at Accor since March 2021, previously holding positions as a Talent and Culture Advisor in Shared Services. Prior to Accor, Natasha worked at Bennett + Bennett from May 2015 to March 2021, starting as an HR/Training Support intern and advancing to Human Resources Manager. Natasha's career began with work experience in Human Resources and Training, gaining foundational knowledge in employee management, industrial relations, and recruitment. Additional experience includes roles as a Sales Consultant at MECCA Brands and a Retail Assistant at Terry White Management. Natasha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology from Bond University.
