Philip Basha

Philip Basha has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and Asia-Pacific regions at Accor since November 2003. Basha's career at Accor has included various leadership roles such as Chief Financial Officer for the Pacific, Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance for the Pacific, and Director of Corporate Finance in Australia. In addition to his role at Accor, Basha has been involved with Reef Casino Trust since January 2012, holding positions such as Non-Executive Chairman and Director. Prior to these roles, Basha gained experience at KPMG as Assistant Manager and worked in payroll at Thomas Cook Group. Basha holds a degree in Economics with a major in Accounting from Macquarie University and is a Chartered Accountant, having completed the qualification through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
