Matt Baldry

Matt Baldry holds extensive experience in tax and finance roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Finance PMO Director for Projects, Internal Audit, and Tax at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team since February 2024, Baldry's prior roles include Head of Tax at The Office Group from February 2023 to March 2024 and at Britishvolt from January 2022 to January 2023. Baldry was also Head of Tax at Mercedes-Benz UK Group from February 2016 to December 2021, UK Tax Manager at Whitbread between June 2012 and January 2016, and Senior Corporation Tax Accountant at Home Retail Group PLC from October 2010 to May 2012. Earlier in the career, Baldry worked at Grant Thornton UK LLP as a Corporation Tax Senior and Audit Senior from August 2004 to September 2010. Academic credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Accounting & Financial Management from Loughborough University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
