Purnima Dharmaraj is an experienced procurement and product development professional with a robust background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Procurement Category Manager for Food & Beverage in Northern Europe at Accor since January 2019, Purnima previously held various pivotal roles at Mondelēz International from September 2002 to June 2017, including Global Sourcing Manager for Dairy and Chocolate, where responsibilities included leading sustainability efforts and optimizing sourcing processes. Purnima also contributed to the development of sourcing strategies for cocoa and chocolate and managed product innovation for emerging markets. Earlier career experiences include internships in R&D Product Development at Cadbury plc. and Unilever Food Solutions UK and Ireland. Purnima holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Technology from the University of Reading and an Advanced Professional Diploma in Management Studies from Globe Business College, Munich.
