Sameh Farghaly has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having held significant leadership roles focused on learning and development. At Accor, Sameh serves as the Director of Learning and Guest Experience, while previous positions include Talent Acquisition Director at Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts and Learning and Quality Manager at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. Further expertise was demonstrated as a Cluster Training and Development Manager at Sunrise Resorts and Cruises and as an Assistant Training Manager at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Hurghada. Sameh's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Luxor University, complemented by continued studies at Cornell University from October 2022 to April 2023.
