Greg has experience in areas such as HACCP validation, verification, cGMP's, packaging analysis, ISO standards, ASI ratings, and FDA regulations. Greg is knowledgeable in building QA/HACCP models for business ventures and ensuring food safety compliance.

In 1940, Accord was founded by Abraham Codo as a humble South Side box shop. Since then, we have grown into a state-of-the-art production facility, but never abandoned the dedication to quality and attention to detail that was the hallmark of Abe’s vision. In 1967, Abe handed the company down to his son Gene, and today, the family tradition continues with Gene’s three sons and son-in-law leading the company.
