Cynthia Sidik

Cynthia Sidik has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Cynthia began their career as a Tester & Scorer Psychotest at Universitas Islam Bandung from March 2016 to August 2018. Cynthia then worked at High Performa Training as a Human Resources Intern from July 2019 to October 2019, and also served as a Training Facilitator from July 2019 to September 2019. In 2021, Cynthia worked as an IT Recruiter at a Confidential IT Company from September 2021 to December 2021, and also as a Mental Health Ambassador at I Am Okay from February 2021 to April 2021. Cynthia then joined PT. Magmaka Indonesia in March 2022 as a Human Capital Officer until August 2022. Currently, Cynthia is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Accord Innovations, starting in September 2022.

Cynthia Sidik obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bandung Islamic University. Cynthia attended the university from 2015 to 2019.
