Lia Ng

Lia Ng has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having served as Project Lead for TikTok and ByteDance from June 2022 to May 2024, specializing in recruitment for various technical and operational roles across APAC and the US, including product managers, ML ops, and research scientists. Additionally, Lia has worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes for Trust and Safety roles and supporting HR initiatives regionally in APAC, EMEA, and AMS. Lia’s earlier experiences include an internship in human resources at AJA Enterprises and part-time roles in event services at Grand Hyatt and as a guest service agent intern at Holiday Inn East Taipei. Lia holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University and a degree in Business Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
