Sally Winfield started their career in 1987 at Associated Newspapers where they served in various roles, including Director and Group Classified Director. Sally then joined Evening Standard as a Classified Advertisement Director before transitioning to roles such as Deputy Classified Advertisement Director, Classified Sales Manager, and Field Sales Manager. In 2004, they became the Managing Director at Loot Ltd, a subsidiary of Associated Newspapers. Sally later worked as a Management Consultant at Associated Newspapers and Sally Winfield Consultancy. In 2013, Sally Winfield became the CEO of Accord Marketing, where they are responsible for creative thinking, digital strategy, and campaign planning.
Sally Winfield attended The Oxford School of Coach Mentoring from 2007 to 2008, where they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring. Prior to that, there is no information available regarding their education at Arnold High Grammar School.
