Andy Troxel has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they began working as the Vice President of Customer Success at Minnow Technologies, Inc., a leader in food delivery management (FDM) solutions. In 2018, they became the Director of Client Success and Director of Customer Experience at BrewLogix, formerly SteadyServ Technologies. In this role, they brought visibility to the customer base and championed fulfillment, installation, adoption, client success, and support functions. In 2016, they worked as a Client Success Manager at hc1.com, where they optimized healthcare operations through CRM builds and automation. In 2014, they became the Manager of Client Success at SteadyServ Technologies, where they acted as the startup's first feedback loop informing leadership of necessary product improvements for customer retention. In 2013, they took a world travel sabbatical. Finally, from 2010-2013, they worked at ChaCha as an Enterprise Manager and Quality Control Associate, where they were responsible for the administration of the Guide Quality process, interacted directly with customer support CRM systems, and managed a team of 8 independent contractors.

Andy Troxel obtained a BS in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Indianapolis between 2006 and 2010. Andy also holds certifications from HubSpot Academy in HubSpot Revenue Operations, Inbound, Sales Enablement, and Service Hub Software.
