Paul Welna

Paul Welna, SPHR is currently serving as the Chief Human Capital Officer at Accord, a non-profit organization providing services for individuals with disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a Principal at Human Capital Management LLC, providing human capital management services to professional service businesses. Paul also has extensive experience in human resources roles at Berkley Risk Administrators, G&K Services, and Sprint-Nextel. Paul holds a BA in Economics, Political Science, and Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota and a Masters in Business Management from Hamline University. During a sabbatical, Paul focused on home hospice care and entrepreneurial business development.
