Jade Marcantel

Jade Marcantel currently serves as the Chief Human Capital Officer at Intuitive Machines, providing leadership and strategic direction for Human Resources to support business growth and the mission to open access to the moon. Previously, at KBR, Inc., Jade held several director-level positions, including Director of Organizational Change and Transition and Director of Talent Development, where responsibilities included change management, organizational development, talent management, and leadership program implementation. Prior experience at Diamond Offshore involved overseeing talent management and learning and development initiatives for a global workforce. Jade's career began in education as an English and History teacher in Catholic Schools. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Houston and a BA in English and History from the University of Texas at Austin.
