Frank Cheung

Frank Cheung has a diverse work experience in the field of actuarial analytics and consulting. Frank began their career at Blue Shield of California in 2006, where they held various positions as an Associate Actuarial Analyst, Intermediate Actuarial Analyst, and Senior Actuarial Analyst. In 2011, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant, later becoming a Manager in the Actuarial, Risk, and Advanced Analytics division. Frank then moved to Collective Health in 2015, where they held roles as a Senior Actuary, Head of Analytics, Actuary, and Director of Analytics, Actuary. In 2019, they co-founded Accorded and Cerebrae, Inc., both of which they currently serve as the CEO.

Frank Cheung has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley. Frank also holds certifications as a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) from the Society of Actuaries and as a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) from the American Academy of Actuaries.
