Chris Hayes

Chris Hayes is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Accordia Realty Ventures since April 2012, Chris oversees the development and execution of business strategies in acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. Previously, Chris held the position of Director of Real Estate Management, where responsibilities included operational oversight of a diversified real estate portfolio encompassing nearly 2,000,000 square feet of various asset classes. Chris's career includes roles such as Senior Real Estate Manager and Property Manager, with a foundation at Grubb & Ellis and CB Richard Ellis. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Hartwick College.
