Katie Sheahan

Katie Sheahan is a seasoned finance and security analyst with a strong background in country risk and financial markets. Since January 2016, Katie has held various positions at Macro Advisory Partners, advancing from Associate to Managing Director. Prior to this, Katie worked at BMI Research as a Sub-Saharan Africa Analyst focusing on country risk and financial markets, and as an Operational Risk Analyst from March 2014 to January 2016. Earlier experience includes a role as a Junior Analyst at the European Union Institute for Security Studies and an internship at Chatham House within the International Security Department. Katie holds a Master of Science in Security Studies from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Economics from University College Cork.
