Mark Copeland

Mark Copeland currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Accordion, beginning in July 2023. Prior to this role, Mark Copeland was a Partner at EY from October 1996 until June 2023, where Mark held the position of Strategy and Transactions Managing Partner for the US-West Region from 2019 to 2023. In this capacity, Mark Copeland reported directly to EY’s US Executive Committee, overseeing talent management, financial reporting, business development, and compensation decisions, while fostering a culture of trust and accountability that led to significant revenue growth. Mark Copeland holds a BS and MS in Accounting from East Carolina University and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and Kellogg.
