Steve is a senior technology officer with 35 years of cross-industry strategic business advisory, IT leadership, venture development, financials and enterprise enablement, technology and architecture development, web and media services, and business re-engineering experience – including fourteen years with global consulting firm, Accenture.

Steve has served as CIO and/or provided senior IT advisory for companies that include Accordion, Enthusian (Spherion/Accenture), World Fuel Services (Fortune 300), Xyresic Capital, Sporos Capital Partners, Mackinac Partners, Yellow Flag Productions, and the State Champs Network. Steve has also run large enterprise, ASP, SAAS/Cloud and Internet solutions delivery for companies that include AutoNation, ProSource (AmeriServe), Burger King, Walgreens and Ryder.

Steve oversees Accordion’s Technology Services, IT MSP operations, office technology and AV, IT customer service, systems integration, cybersecurity operations and IT-based acquisition integration. In previous roles, Steve has assisted clients, venture companies and internal management in business and technology strategy, multimedia operations, web and enterprise architecture, enterprise and financial systems, exchange services, PE systems, and multi-channel marketing. He has overseen application and technology architecture, IT operations, and partner integration – including web services, media and web hosting, CRM, Sharepoint, Office 365, Teams, Microsoft server operations, server hosting, cloud hosting, Exchange/mail services, and venture/partnership strategy and technology development projects.

Steve has led significant business and information technology transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups, directing multi-faceted business and technology teams in the delivery of ERP/enterprise solutions, SAAS/cloud solutions, shared and consolidated services, and web services solutions.

Steve helped spearhead the enterprise systems development and architecture for AutoNation as a start-up, working with their C-level executives across four years of development and growth through acquisition, including National Car Rental, Alamo, Value Car Rental and 100’s of car dealerships.

Steve has led internet and multimedia solutions design and development for a number of companies and ventures, including an e-recruiting/professional sourcing Cloud/SAAS solution for a global staffing firm, managing 30+ major application and version releases over two years for key customers that included AOL, Intuit, State Street, and Deutsche Bank. He has provided strategic advisory and web and multi-media design and development for companies such as Walgreens, Yellow Flag Productions, and the State Champs Network, a 6-time Emmy award winning Michigan-based sports media/TV/OTT production company.

Steve has also led enterprise development, integration, and supply chain solutions for large logistics and transportation firms, including Ryder, AutoNation, Prosource/Burger King Distribution, Alamo, and National Car Rental. He has assisted companies across the food service, transportation, and energy industries to design and develop financial performance, credit and cash management, and vendor management solutions which have delivered improved liquidity, control, and operating capital. Steve led the development of a large asset and performance management solution for a Fortune 500 global logistics company which has delivered improved vehicle utilization, profit, and asset disposition profitability for over 25 years.
