Dorota Nowotny

Dorota Nowotny, CFA, is currently the Chief of Staff to the CEO at AccorInvest, providing strategic, operational, and tactical support while liaising with executives and senior leaders. With extensive experience at Orbis Group since February 2012, Dorota has held several key positions including Director of Strategic Communications, Internal Control, and CSR, and has been a pivotal member of the Steering Committee. Dorota has managed the Investor Relations Office at Orbis Group, serving as the primary contact for capital market representatives and organizing significant corporate events. Previous roles include Senior Analyst at ING and Business Analyst at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Dorota holds a Master of Arts in Econometrics from the University of Lodz, has completed a Doctoral Programme in Management and Economics at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and is a CFA charterholder.
