Sakshi Borde

Sakshi Borde is a skilled project manager specializing in people development and engagement, currently working at AccorInvest since September 2023. Prior experience includes a learning and development internship at Ledger, where notable contributions included enhancing onboarding programs, developing a managerial excellence program, and managing learning resources. Previously, Sakshi held a trainee position at AccorInvest focusing on talent management and learning, and acted as a campus ambassador for Grenoble Ecole de Management. Additional roles include supporting outreach initiatives at the Centre for Development Studies and Activities in partnership with UNICEF, coordinating an ambassador program at Saamarthya Foundation for inclusive initiatives, and serving as a French language trainer with THE LINGO LADS. Sakshi holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and possesses a strong foundation in finance from BBA studies.
