Sandrine Leligois

Sandrine Leligois has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, culture development, and HR transformation. Sandrine has worked at various levels within companies such as AccorHotels and SEPHORA, taking on roles such as HR Manager and International Mobility Manager. Currently serving as VP at AccorInvest, Sandrine is responsible for defining HR strategy and managing HR actions to support company transformation. In their role as VP HR for Northern Europe, Sandrine oversees HR operations for the UK and BeNeLux regions, including talent management, social relations, and crisis management. Sandrine also holds a degree in Business Law and Communication from Paris II-Panthéon Sorbonne and Paris X La Défense.
