Omar Rivera

Omar Rivera is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in research and development and customer engagement within the food industry. Currently serving as R&D Chef II and Customer Engagement Culinary Lead at Campbell's since January 2018, Omar has also held roles such as R&D Chef II and R&D Culinary Contractor at Campbell's Culinary Innovation Hub. In addition, Omar serves as the Lead Chef at Constellation Culinary Group. Previous positions include Pastry Chef Assistant at The Culinary Institute of America, Line Cook at American Bounty Restaurant, and various culinary roles at prestigious establishments, including Disney's Yacht Club Resort and Yachtsman Steakhouse. Omar holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science and an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
