Sutharee Wannasiri

Sutharee Wannasiri is an experienced human rights advocate currently serving as a Community Consultant at Accountability Counsel since May 2021. Previously, Sutharee held the position of Human Rights Strategist at ArticleGroup.Org, where responsibilities included researching and analyzing human rights issues in Southeast Asia and facilitating workshops. Additional experience includes roles as a Thailand Human Rights Specialist at Fortify Rights, Human Rights Officer at the United Nations Human Rights, and Policy and Advocacy Coordinator at Amnesty International. Sutharee has also worked as a freelance researcher and consultant. Educational qualifications consist of multiple Master's degrees in Human Rights from institutions including the University of Roehampton, UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, and the University of Gothenburg, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Chulalongkorn University, with ongoing studies for a Bachelor of Laws at Chulalongkorn University.
