Ana Paula Ramos

Ana Paula Ramos has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ana Paula started their career as an Analyst Support at Grupo Yamaha Brasil in 1999. Ana Paula then moved on to work as an Analyst Programmer at Politec, where they were responsible for analyzing and designing processes and businesses for major clients. Next, they joined Porto Seguro in 2007, initially as a Senior Systems Analyst before being promoted to Product Coordinator. In this role, they led a team of 19 employees and over 50 contractors, and was responsible for product backlog management, project management, and budget planning. Ana Paula also oversaw the procurement of resources for operations. In 2020, they joined Avanncce Consultoria e Treinamento as a Business/Project Management Consultant. Ana Paula'smain responsibilities included strategic planning, process analysis, and the implementation of online training programs. Currently, they work as a Scrum Master at Accountfy since December 2021.
