Ash Hoskin has a diverse range of work experience in the football industry. Ash started their career as an Academy Coach at Burnley FC in 1999 and worked there for 13 years. During their time at Burnley FC, they also served as the Reserve Team and U21 Coach. In 2012, they moved to Barrow AFC, where they worked as a Football Coach and Assistant Manager. After a year, they joined Fleetwood Town Football Club as an Academy Coach. Currently, they work as the Head of Academy Recruitment at Accrington Stanley Football Club Ltd.
Ash Hoskin attended Moorhead High School in Accrington from 1980 to 1984. During this time, Ash obtained their GCSEs, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
