Ruchika Vatsa

Ruchika Vatsa has been working in the Human Resources field since 2014. Ruchika began their career as a Summer Intern at Standard Chartered Bank in 2008. Ruchika then went on to work as a Finance Executive at Vertex Data Science in 2009 and a Senior Finance Executive at Accenture in India in 2010. In 2013, they took on the role of HR cum Campus Coordinator at WLC College India Ltd. and then moved on to become a Human Resources Business Partner at Dinshaw's Dairy Foods Private Limited in 2014. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Human Resources Manager at Accrualify, Inc.

Ruchika Vatsa has a well-rounded education history. Ruchika obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Finance from Dayalbagh Educational Institute between 2007 and 2008. Ruchika also obtained their B.Com Hons. in Business/Commerce, General from the same institution between 2004 and 2007. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Building a Talent Pipeline from New Recruits to Leadership, Learning Agility, Managing Resources Across Project Teams, Project Management Foundations, Enterprise Agile: Changing Your Culture, Technical Recruiting, and Writing to Be Heard on LinkedIn, all obtained in 2021.
