Courtney Catalana

Courtney Catalana has a diverse work experience in various industries. Courtney is currently working at Accrue Savings as a People and Talent Lead. Prior to that, they were a Recruiting Coordinator at Accrue Savings from February 2022 to September 2022. Before joining Accrue Savings, Courtney worked at Stride, Inc. as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator and later as a Recruiting Sourcer. Courtney Catalana obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Johnson & Wales University College of Professional Studies, completing this program from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from CUNY School of Professional Studies, which they pursued from 2019 to 2020. In 2009, Courtney graduated from Our Lady of Mercy School for Young Women, where they received their High School Diploma.
