Alissa Kaplan

As General Counsel, Alissa Kaplan leads Accruent’s Legal Team and is responsible for driving scale and continuous operational improvement across the legal function. Alissa is an accomplished and innovative attorney and strategic business partner with experience supporting fast-paced technology companies. She is skilled at leading and motivating cross-functional teams aligned to company culture.

Prior to joining Accruent, Alissa served as the Global Deputy General Counsel at LivePerson, Inc., a tech company focused on conversational AI. Before that, Alissa served as the COO and General Counsel of Send Word Now, a SaaS-based mass notification start-up, and the Associate General Counsel at 24/7 Real Media, Inc., one of the original ad tech companies. Alissa began her career in private practice at the international law firm Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.

Alissa holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
