Julia Balinova

Julia Balinova is an experienced professional in the field of e-learning and instructional design, currently serving as the Operational and LMS Manager at Accruent since January 2021, following roles as Sr. eLearning Developer and Instructional Designer, and eLearning Developer. Prior to this, Julia worked at Health[e]Foundation from March 2019 to January 2021 as a Digital Learning Expert, focusing on integrating and adapting LMS systems and developing e-courses. From March 2008 to August 2016, Julia held the position of eLearning Team Lead at Labmedia Ltd, where responsibilities included project management, team leadership, and public speaking. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in History in Education from Yaroslavl Demidov State University, achieved between 2003 and 2008.
