Roland Waibel

Roland Waibel is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Accsys since August 2023, Roland previously held significant positions such as Chief Financial Officer at Archroma and Omya, and also contributed as a Member of the Executive Board at Lonza. With a solid foundation in finance and controlling, Roland has been involved in high-level decision-making as a Member of the Board of Directors and Head of the Audit Committee at Adval Tech. Educationally, Roland holds a Doctorate and a Licentiate in Economics from the University of Bern.
