Jessie Familetti is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in management and operational roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at ACCT Philly since January 2022, Jessie previously excelled as Clinic Branch Manager at Emancipet, where revenue doubled during the challenging Covid period, achieving the highest financial success among Emancipet clinics. Prior experience includes roles as a Luxury Travel Advisor at Avenue Two Travel, where Jessie managed a $500,000 travel portfolio, and as a Business Owner at Cafe 655 and JC's Cafe, both of which saw significant sales increases under Jessie’s strategic leadership. Jessie also has experience in veterinary services as a technician and in non-profit adoptions counseling. An alumna of Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Studies, Jessie combines operational expertise with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.

ACCT Philly is the region’s largest animal care and control service provider, serving the City of Philadelphia by contract. ACCT Philly manages the city’s animal shelter facility in North Philadelphia handling nearly 18,000 animals, from dogs and cats, to small animals, reptiles, birds and wildlife, annually. ACCT Philly is open seven days a week – except for major holidays – for pet adoptions. ACCT Philly’s mission is to provide shelter, care and life saving efforts for homeless, abandoned, and abused animals and protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Philadelphia, providing a benefit to all of the citizens of the City regardless of race or economic status.
