Shaughn Cadieux

Shaughn Cadieux, PHR, has a strong background in human resources and has held various roles at different companies. From 2017 to the present, Shaughn has been employed at Accu-Time Systems, initially serving as a Human Resources Manager and then being promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources in April 2021. Prior to this, Shaughn worked at Pioneer Cold from 2013 to 2017, where they held the position of Human Resource Manager. In this role, they were responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling HR activities, consulting with management at all levels, revising job descriptions, implementing HR programs and policies, and ensuring compliance with workers' compensation regulations. Before joining Pioneer Cold, Shaughn worked at United Personnel as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2013, and at Charter Oak Insurance and Financial Services as a Bookkeeper/Policy Manager from 2007 to 2011.

Shaughn Cadieux, PHR holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Shaughn also obtained a Bachelors degree in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, Shaughn completed an Associates degree in Liberal Arts/General Studies at Springfield Technical Community College, although the specific dates are not provided.

In addition to their academic achievements, Shaughn Cadieux has obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 2020.
