Tabatha Cross

Tabatha Cross, MBA, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Bennington College since January 2022, previously holding the role of Human Resources Manager at the same institution. Prior to this, Tabatha Cross worked at Orvis as a Human Resource System Specialist and held various human resources positions at Mack Molding Company, including Human Resources Manager and Generalist. Early career experience includes working as a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor for the State of Vermont and serving in multiple roles at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, which involved benefits administration and HRIS management.
