Soorya R

Soorya R started their work experience in 2018 as a Human Resources Intern at SIMS Hospital. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as sourcing, cold calling, and scheduling interviews, conducting initial level interviews, and assisting in developing training programs and job descriptions. They also completed a thesis on the effect of job satisfaction and workforce diversity on employee performance.

In 2020, Soorya R joined KloudOne as a Project Management Executive and Information Technology Recruiter. They worked in these roles until 2022.

Currently, in 2022, Soorya R is working as a Project Manager at AccuKnox.

Soorya R completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the College of Engineering, Guindy from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Institute of Hotel Management between 2013 and 2016. Soorya R obtained their high school diploma from Chettinad Vidyashram in an unspecified year before 2013. Additionally, Soorya R earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2023 and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification in August 2022.
