Allen Kline

Allen Kline has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources and eCommerce industries. In 2021, they began their current role as Head of Human Resources for AccuLynx, a software that manages and streamlines every aspect of a roofing system. In 2020, they were Managing Partner for SAK Group, Inc. From 2018 to 2020, they were Executive Vice President of Client Experience & Human Resources for Evive, a $35M SaaS-based employee benefits engagement product targeting the Fortune 100. From 2003 to 2018, they held various roles at Kohl's Department Stores, including Vice President of Benefits, Vice President of Human Resources - Business Partners, Director of Human Resources Operations, and Director of Photo Studios / Marketing. From 2000 to 2003, they were Director of eCommerce / kohls.com, where they developed the organization's eCommerce website.

Allen Kline obtained a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management from Purdue University. Allen also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
