Louise Debellonia

Louise DeBellonia is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various executive roles. As the Head of Human Resources and Senior Vice President of People at Allivet by Tractor Supply Company, Louise focused on aligning people and strategy to enhance employee satisfaction and drive business success. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at LD Consulting, Louise provides fractional human resources services, including talent acquisition and organizational development. Previously, Louise was the Vice President of Human Resources at Managed Health Care Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included fostering a people-first culture for a 300-person organization. Additionally, Louise held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Sharecare, Inc., establishing strategies to address organizational issues and improve employee relations. Louise earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Montclair State University.
