Frank R. Richardson II (Chip)

Frank R. "Chip" Richardson, II has extensive experience in the field of land surveying and mapping services. Frank R. "Chip" started their career in 1985 as a Project Manager at Landmark Surveyors, Inc., where they managed daily operations and oversaw planning for survey crews. In 1987, they joined Jordan Consulting Engineers, P.C. as a Senior Vice President, responsible for all land surveying services.
