Vasiliki Karagianni

Vasiliki Karagianni has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare and education sectors. Vasiliki began their career as an English Language Teacher at Betsis Foreign Languages Schools from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they worked as a Dietitian at \""Aghia Sofia\"" Children's Hospital and later at K.A.T General Hospital, where they provided nutritional support and counseling to patients with various conditions such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.

In 2014, they joined Stockholms län sjukvårdsområde - SLSO as a Registered Dietitian, focusing on nutritional diagnosis and counseling, dietary planning, and educational sessions for a wide range of patients. Vasiliki also worked at Karolinska University Hospital from 2020 to 2023 with similar responsibilities.

Vasiliki's experience also includes research assistance during their Master's thesis at Karolinska Institutet, where they actively participated in laboratory experiments related to obesity and diabetes. Additionally, they have worked as a Fitness Instructor at Fitness24Seven, a Nutrition Educator at IntensiveKost, and a Dietitian-Nutritionist, MSc at YourEasyFitness.

Currently, they are employed as a Digital Dietitian Consultant & Healthcare Developer at Blodtrycksdoktorn, where they utilize their expertise to provide dietitian consultancy services and contribute to healthcare development.

Vasiliki Karagianni began their education in 2007 at the 1st Anixi's General High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in an undisclosed field of study. Vasiliki then attended Harokopio from 2010 to 2014, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition Science. Continuing their education, they later enrolled in Karolinska Institutet from 2014 to 2016, completing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Nutrition Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Vasiliki also acquired certifications as a Group Training Instructor from Fitness24Seven in July 2016 and as a Zumba Certified Instructor from Zumba in September 2015.
