Ibrahim Sharba

Ibrahim Sharba has had a progressive career in human resources, starting in 2015 as a Recruitment Manager at Gulf Diagnostic Center Hospital in Abu Dhabi. From there, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Ruwais Hospital, ADNOC, from 2018 to 2022. Following that, they joined Al Dhafra Hospitals as a Human Resources Projects Manager for a year. Most recently, in 2023, Ibrahim became the Associate Director of Human Resources at Accumed.

Ibrahim Sharba obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management and Human Development from Hilpert University between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in subjects such as patient safety, strategic leadership, decision-making, and leadership development from institutions including Yale University, The Johns Hopkins University, Dartmouth College, and the University of Michigan, among others, in 2022.
