Ibrahim Sharba has had a progressive career in human resources, starting in 2015 as a Recruitment Manager at Gulf Diagnostic Center Hospital in Abu Dhabi. From there, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Ruwais Hospital, ADNOC, from 2018 to 2022. Following that, they joined Al Dhafra Hospitals as a Human Resources Projects Manager for a year.
