Ahmed Kishta

Ahmed Kishta has held various roles and positions in different companies throughout their work experience. Their most recent position was as the VP of IT at ACCUMEN Inc., where they have been working since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Client IT Lead at the same company since June 2012.

Before joining ACCUMEN Inc., Ahmed worked at Genesis Clinical Laboratory (Vanguard Health Systems) as the Director of Information Technology from October 2010 to June 2012. In this role, they managed laboratory IT initiatives for 4 hospitals, implemented a tele-pathology solution, and oversaw the Sunquest laboratory Add-on Project.

From September 2005 to October 2010, Ahmed worked at the University of Illinois Medical Center in various roles. Ahmed served as the Director of Pathology Information Technology, where they managed an IT team and project managed all IT-related requests and system upgrades. Prior to that, they worked as a Pathology Information Technology Specialist, where they managed Sunquest Laboratory System upgrades, customized pathology systems, and designed and built database elements.

Ahmed Kishta obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Governors State University, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. Ahmed later pursued a Master of Science in Health Informatics (MSHI) from the University of Illinois Chicago from 2008 to 2010.
