Paul Welter

Paul Welter is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project management and business development within the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager in Development at ACCUMULATA Group GmbH since August 2022, Paul previously held positions at Concular and JLL, where responsibilities included business development and project management, respectively. Earlier career experiences include internships at Drees & Sommer and DERICHS u KONERTZ GmbH u Co. KG, as well as a volunteer role at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
