Shawn Woods

Shawn Woods is an experienced project development manager currently with Clayco, effective October 2024, following a tenure as director of projects at Skanska from June 2022 to September 2024. Woods possesses a strong background in industrial, chemical, and manufacturing markets and has a track record as a business development leader in the Phoenix area. Previous roles include facility manager at FUJIFILM Electronic Materials U.S.A., Inc. from 2016 to May 2022, and various engineering and managerial positions at BASF from January 2004 to 2016, as well as serving as global product manager for water purification at Engelhard Corporation between May 2001 and December 2003. Academically, Woods earned two bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University between 1990 and 1995.
