Tayo Okunade

Tayo Okunade is a Partner at Accuracy and a senior member of the project's advisory and disputes team in the UK. They joined Accuracy in 2016 after working on a notable UK defense program in a project controls capacity. With over fifteen years of consulting experience, Tayo has established themselves as a recognized delay expert in forensic programming and planning matters, specializing in critical path delay methodologies. They frequently provide written evidence in alternative dispute resolution forums and have experience giving oral evidence under cross-examination in international arbitration proceedings. Tayo holds the Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate and is a member of the UK Society of Construction Law and the International Bar Association.
