Caitlin Keenan

Caitlin Keenan has over 10 years of work experience in the medical and operations industries. In 2009, they began their career as the Patient Access Emergency Room Coordinator at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. In 2011, they moved on to Health Quest Medical Practice where they worked as a Front Office Floating Coordinator. In 2012, they joined Western Connecticut Health Network as a Supervisor Patient Financial Services and Supervisor, Patient Financial Services. In 2014, they became the Practice Supervisor at Northeast Medical Group. In 2017, they worked as a Dispatcher at IXP Corporation and as the Director Of Billing at Contemporary Care. Finally, in 2018, they were the Director Of Operations at Accurate Answer LLC, where they managed and supported the day to day operations of the business, facilitated client relations, and created a Human Resource Department.

Caitlin Keenan attended Mount Saint Mary College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Education/Special Education, Public Relations, and Psychology.
