Alex Finken

Alex Finken was unknowingly born into her role as CEO / Visionary. Father and Founder, Ron Finken, recruited her at the age of 22 to assist him with quality assurance as a temporary stint but little did Alex know she would fall in love with the industry as she learned the ins and outs of the company.

Motivated, Alex became OSHA Certified and led the company towards the CIMS Green Building with Honors Certification. She brings optimism and charisma as she oversees Human Resources, Quality Assurance, scheduling of employees, and the day to day operations of the business. Alex thrives on change and educating others on the industry standards as well as marketing to continue to grow the company. Outside of the office you can find Alex at a live music event or relaxing by the waters edge fishing with some chips and salsa.
